hello .. my website is chelsea-fc.ir ....
well i was installing some components on joomla but suddenly it errored : JFTP::login: Unable to login JFTP:tore: Unable to use passive mode
then i went to cpanel for changing password but it dont change
it errored : Your password could not be changed because the new password failed with the following reason : (it is based on a dictionary word), please try again!
my password wasnt an unusual one .
after that i want to go to ftp but i couldnt ... it drop ... please help me ... say what could i do to see my website like before ????????????????????
now i remove joomla to reinstall it but it ask for ftp .... please give me some suggestion . if i should install all of my programms i will do it . but help me please ....
