How can you give a uploaded file a set download URL?
for example: I upload a file
name.rar If I were to give someone the link to download this file I would get a crazy download link. Instead I would like something more simple like "www.mydomainname.com/extras/downloads/name.rar" and make the file download using a link like this.
Also where do I create the folders on my file manager? public_html?
I have googled, yahoo!, tried looking for step by steps but couldn't find anything
