As you have php 4 & 5 installed atm, and want to continue with php 5, try the steps below

1. /scripts/easyapache
2. Select the second option [Start customizing based on profile] [Next Step]
3. Apache version you have [Next Step]
4. Uncheck the php 4 [Next Step]
5. PHP5 sub version [Next Step]
Now if you do not want to select the additional modules Select [Save & Build] and proceed further. If you want to select php5 addition options Select [Exhaustive option list] and proceed further

Th above steps will remove the php4 from the server and the php5 will be intact.
