I have been unable to find this capability on the webmail accounts on our cpanel site.

Is there a control in cpanel to 'turn on' this ability for email users to control from their web mail?

Thanks,

cPanel Accelerated is just a newer version of our software, it's not a separate product.

Regarding finding these capabilities in your webmail accounts, are these capabilities enabled on the cPanel account to which these webmail accounts belong?
