I can't send and receive e-mails

After setting up my system , for cPanel, my e-mails can't be delivered ....

this is the reply when i send e-mails using my Blackberrry phone ..

Finally , the e-mails says :

Hi Derrick.. Looking at the logs the only thing I can ask is to see if the domain (to which you are trying to send emails to) can be reached from your server. These are the delayed logs which don't elaborate the exact logs.

Are you able to send these emails from other locations and it is only the blackberry where this isn't working?
