In all of my servers with cPanel on them (none of them are remote), there are issues with cPGS editing config files. On new installations of games installed through WHM or cPGS, changing any of the fields in cPGS such as hostname or rcon and then clicking Save Changes, does absolutely nothing. Nothing gets changed. However, if you edit the configuration from the Advanced Config Editor in cPGS, the changes get saved.

Is anyone else having this issue? All of my machines are Linux CentOS 5.x

just did a remote cod4 install.. gameserver appears to have installed fine.

when I log into the account holder's cPanel, the remote server isn't listed in the cPanel gamesevers list (it is working if you go to the /frontend/x3/gameserv/Dashboard.html?game=cod4&n=x where x= gameserver number [2 in my case] url directly)

any ideas why its not showing up?

how do I fix it?

I have run the command /var/cpanel/cpgsd.pl as root via ssh but it only stopped some of them, I have read through the thread located HERE

Please shelp as this is really starting to annoy me!
