I am having issue with Mail Delivery Stats, as it's not being updated:

Exim statistics from 2009-10-06 11:40:01 to 2009-11-19 22:26:33

on the 2nd server, it's update every time I access the statistic and shows for 1 day and shows the links on the top to select the previous days.

How I can fix this issue, to enable updates as on the 1st server?

As part of my learning curve I devised what I thought was a cunning bit of shellery to keep an eye on the impact that my customers are having on one of my VPSs.

Firstly, if anyone sees a more elegant way to arriving at the same sort of output as this, please let me know.

Secondly... It would appear some of my customers are generating over 1100 rejected messages a day.

I have no point of reference to decide if this is excessive... the VPS is only averaging .3 load factor (accounting for processors), so is not over stretched yet, but I want to make sure I get value for money from this box without it being hogged by one of two troublesome domains.

I have a question regarding Cpanel/Horde/Webmail.

I'm the new technician at my job. The previous admin left so I replace him.

The boss told me that he used to monitor some employees' emails via Cpanel main account in Horde. He had access to every mailboxes.

The problem is that the previous admin removed a few mailboxes from Horde in the default account. The emails addresses still exist and work without any problem. They are just absent in the default account Horde.

How to restore them back in Horde ?

This may be more an Exim question, just wondering A) what happens if some of the entries in a bcc don't get through, and B) if it does deliver what it can, why does the WHM Mail Queue Manager continue to show ALL recipients?

Having trouble getting a company e-blast to go through. It's not spam, am sending their internal customer list as a big bcc, with the primary recipient being their own main sales address. Using Thunderbird as the client, if that matters.

So far as I can tell my IP has not been blacklisted anywhere.

exim_mainlog is showing things like recipient graylisted, unknown user, etc. for various specific recipients; just trying to figure out if anything is getting delivered since all the recipients are showing up in the queue under that message.

Hello, I have a problem, I use CSF on my server, my outlook can not send messages when the firewall is active, how to solve this problem?

When using IE 8 to access Horde, customers complain that the "Mail" folder tree can not be opened. I reproduced this issue on several servers. Using an older version of IE or Firefox doesn't produce this problem. Does anyone have a solution for this or should I recommend not using IE 8 ?

How can one direct spam mails identified by a Account or User level filter to the Spam Box (spam)?
I have access to the .cpanel/filter.yaml Exim script, but I do not see how I can achieve this with the cPanel Spam Filter 'Actions'. Is there some variable available I can use in the 'Forward to' Actions selection (or any other action).
I want that every user can take care of their own junk mail.

I need to create a large number of emails about 200. It is slow doing them one by one. Is there a way I can batch this job?

i tested out the CURRENT build on one of my servers and found that while the current RELEASE build lets me specify proper quotas for my dovecot users is a range of 2-10gb or more - the CURRENT doesnt allow anything over 2GB! i know that dovecot supports it just fine but why have they crippled it in the admin? any ideas?
