In Spanish there are 2 main Spanish languages used. Latin America Spanish and Spanish from Spain. This last one is the correct mother tongue language.
There is a big difference in terms between both and even in Latin America different countries speak differently like for example in Argentina they say "Vos and in other countries they say Tu and formal would be "Usted".
Now, the problem is that Latin America Spanish from some countries is absolutely terrible, this includes Mexico, Puerto Rico, Cuban, etc, and most Spanish speakers people that live in the US speaks this Spanish. No offense, but we are talking about Documentation and Software.
Example, in Spain they say "Ordenador" for computer, and in Latin America they say "Computadora" but if you look up the term in the official Spanish language guide "rae.es" the work "Computadora" doest exist, its plain wrong. Of course using "Ordenador" would mean most people would not understand to what its referring, but sometimes you do have to stick with the correct word and other time you need to change it for something more suitable so people understand it.
Similar, Latin America uses the work "Click" from English. Again this is plain wrong, the official word in Spanish is "clic", this for example should never be changed no matter how many people speak it wrong. You cannot use slangs for a company like cPanel, it would be considered as a very unprofessional product lacking end quality.
Now its impossible to accommodate both and this is why neutral Spanish exists. This is the Spanish that is used for example in Microsoft Windows.
You don't refer to any person as "Tu", "Vos" or "Usted" when talking the user, you keep it neutral like "Debe pulsar" instead of "Debes pulsar" or "Tienes que pulsar"
The neutral Spanish is the one we used in all our cPanel interfaces and documentation in my company. And its way better and more professional that the one used in cPanel officials documentation that just like this writing has allot of errors. This comes from years from translating softwares and documentations from English.
Its more then clear that the people that speak Spanish and work in cPanel live in the US and speak English all the day, you notice this when the position of words is messed up like trying to translate word by word from English.
