Add pdo_pgsql to EasyApache

cPanel has support for pdo, pgo_sqlite and pdo_mysql. It however does not support pdo_pgsql via EasyApache yet PostgreSQL is supported by cPanel. It should be added as one of the PDO options to match the functionality of these other features and avoid confusion. If a user wishes to use pdo_pgsql along with the others they all must be done via pecl due to pdo conflicts when trying to add just a single pdo module.

--with-pdo-pgsql[=DIR]


This should be simple enough and solve confusion the current setup is creating for users.
