    Lightbulb Add X-Cart as a shopping cart script/plug-in to cPanel

    Hi Everyone,

    I was told I can post my feature idea for cPanel here. So I am just doing it.

    The makers of XCart are welcome to create their own cPAddon or cPanel Plugin to integrate their product with cPanel/WHM similar to existing plugins. Assistance with this can be received in the Developer Discussions forum.

    Yeap, we are going to create our own cPanel plugin quite soon. I meant adding that plugin into cPanel default distribution package. I do understand you need to see good demand for that from your customers. That's why I posted my request here.

    Thank you, David for the advice! Done that (X-Cart forum, X-Cart twitter, X-Cart Facebook) and hope there will be somebody who will spend a couple of seconds of their time to post here something.

    Would be a very useful addition.
    After messing around with other shopping carts (and both of the ones already in cPanel), x-cart would blow them away with ease of use and ability to easily skin the cart.

    I definitely dont think it should be distributed with cpanel since its a commercial script. Obviously they can make their own script and distribute it with their product, but I dont see the need to distribute it directly from cpanel. Im personally not a big fan of the cart either as its pretty poorly written.

    Adding X-Cart as a shopping cart script/plug-in to cPanel is really good job.
    I will integrate the product with cPanel/WHM very soon.
