How about allowing cPanel Resellers to add Themes to WHM and/or cPanel just like how Direct Admin allows this for Shared/Resellers.

Does cPanel/WHM meet your needs using its pre-existing functionality with these regards? If not, let me know what specifically you were trying to accomplish but were unable to do.

I mean not the Branding & Styles Editor. I meant Uploading and Downloading themes that are already pre-made or made manually.
