Allow cPanel users to disable FTP access when it's not needed

Hi,

I'd like to have more control who can login to ftp account(s). Example:

- user in cPanel can grant acces to their ftp account(s) for only specific IP adresses or/and Network adresses
- user can block or unblock acces to their FTP accounts. Only when he want upload any files then in cPanel turn on ftp acces, and after that turn it off.

I think this features give more procection for customers accounts.

That would be a great addition. What also would be great if you could unlock ftp for a set time, for example an hour or two hours and that afterwards FTP is locked again.

Perhaps a neat feature would be to allow access a time period like x hours, x days

This way they don't feel like it's such a burden, when they give ftp access to a developer they can just say it's active for the next 3 days.
