Default Allow Larger Quotas for New Email Accounts

Currently when creating new email accounts, it is impossible to specify a quota greater than 2048 MB, unless you pick unlimited. I see no reason why this limitation should exist, since I have a few clients asking to set quotas of 4 or 5 gigs but cannot do so. So please remove this limitation!

I think it was a limitation to keep compatibility with an older version of a program. Is it still necessary to have a maximum limit of 2Gb ?

I agree that the 2Gb limit is not adapted to modern imap users while some people won't want to render their account useless by filling up the whole accounts disk space.

Some hosts offer unlimited disk space, while I disaprouve of unlimited accounts we offer currently 64 and 128GB accounts on which some users would like to set a 6, 10 or 20 GB limit on some email accounts.

This limitation is a result of Dovecot 1.x not coping well with quotas > 2048 MB. This is a technical limitation until we can move to Dovecot 2. We are actively working on moving to Dovecot 2 and re-evaluating the compatibility of quotas > 2048 MB (other than unlimited).
