    Default Autoresponder "interval" setting needs note for explanation [Case 50080]

    Many times customer are confused: why did the first auto-response work? but now that I edited it, I some how broke it? There needs to be an explanation for the "interval" setting, something like a note or tool-tip such as:
    This prevents another auto-response within the period of time specified.

    Have had customers ask about this as well so a tool-tip would certainly help avoid confusion and support requests.

    When you create a new Auto Responder you are given the option for Interval. To see it, click Add Auto Responder.

    I'm not aware of a setting to set Interval time globally.
