In the "Import Addresses etc" tool there is a pop-up link for "Need help setting up a CSV or Excel file for importing?" If you click this link, there is an image for the spreadsheet columns for importing forwarders.

The sample download spreadsheets use "Source" and "Target" for the column headings, but the image shows "email" and "forward to". Perhaps it would be best if the image also used "source" and "target" because if the column headings "email" and "forward to" are used, Step 1 in the import process will assign "ignore" to those columns--wouldn't it be best if the example didn't result in an "ignore" status by the import tool? I recommend a better image example
