Concurrent Connections Limit

Hi.

Please add Concurrent Connections Limit function:
1 based on global, domain, subdomain and folder;
2 with file filter is preferred; and
3 let user to adjust settings within the limit of the reseller/root.

I've tried to use apache mod_limitipconn but no luck. coz I'm a noob in linux.

What kind of concurrent connections are you looking to limit? Just httpd, or everything? With httpd, theoretically every item on a page could spawn a http connection of its own and with IMAP some mail clients (most notably mail.app on Mac OS X) will spawn a connection for each IMAP folder.
