Thumbs up Display Time & Date that Backup was taken

When restoring backups via WHM, admins are presented with a maximum of 3 options: Daily, Weekly, and Monthly.

Since these schedules depend on the Cron setup, they may be different from server to server and an admin cannot know for sure what dates each backup corresponds to (and it's actually quite difficult to find out).

Instead, this page should be changed so that you first select the account you want to restore a backup for and then WHM should automatically display all available backups (if any) with a specific timestamp for each of the backups. This would make it easy for an admin to make an educated decision as to which backup to restore.

Ideally, there should also be a feature for end-users to restore automated backups via the cPanel if the admin chooses to enable this feature.

    +1 for this.

The Backup system should work as i.e. Windows Restore Points, with a list of available backups sort by date.

Also, what opinion have you guys about allowing the individual account customers to be able to restore available backups? it is a cool tool, but some hosting companies use to require fees to restore backups. We dont. All in all, customer restoring ability may be allowed from within Tweak Settings, or even from the Package config itself.
