Actually, that's not a variable. You will essentially see "This server WILL..." or "This server WILL NOT"

In the case of "This server WILL" - the mail server will always be the cPanel server on which that account resides, even in a DNS clustered environment.

Changing this verbiage would be non-trivial, so this request will need more support before it will be seriously considered by our development team.
