This is another way of suspending an account. When disabling the dns, we keepout any unneccesarry connection that may use up the server resources. Especially if the suspended site has a lot of traffic which takes the server down even though the site is suspended. Even a flood attack could be prevented by using this method by first keeping TTL low.
