Default Force input of "Reason" for account suspension in WHM

    Hi,

Tried searching the forum on this subject but couldn't find any tips. Is there any way in WHM to force the input of a Reason whenever Suspending an account?

It's now optional to set a reason for account suspension but would like to know if it's possible to make it mandatory.

    Thanks,
    Matt

I am not aware of a way to always force input of the suspension reason; however, to help bring more attention to the idea and better track the request I have moved your thread into the Feature Requests forum (and slightly revised the title for clarity).

    Thanks for your help Don.

This feature would actually help prevent any account suspension without a valid reason (kind off) in a multi-user environment.

Hoping there would be a way to do it.
