Hardware Usage Log

Hi, Not sure if this had been addressed or not - I'm new to CPanel so this may be a rather basic question.

It would be great to view the hardware log on the CPanel account.

Diagnosing a websites problems \ performace I think would be great if I could cross reference it with a log of historical RAM and CPU usage, plus other factors that I may not be aware of.

Trying to diagnose why a site is slower on a higher spec account.

this may sound pretty basic to you, but it's deep end for me.

This is really for my host, trying to help him find a solution for this problem as well as myself.

We have a log of memory and CPU usage in WHM > Daily Process Logs per account and high running processes. This isn't a hardware log per se, but a system resource usage log for accounts.
