Generally, when creating redirects, customers want the redirect processed first, not after the SEO coding found with SEO .htaccess files, such as joomla or drupal or other SEO redirect coding.
I can't think of any benefit of having the redirect coding come at the end of the .htaccess file when using the cpanel tool redirects to create specific redirects. It would be beneficial, if possible, to have this coding at the top of the .htaccess, rather than the bottom
