When backups are failing, this needs to be obviated to the sysadmin as they may ignore emails about this. Similar to the A record message or the test license message, a similarly obvious message should be presented indicating backups are failing on the server.

This request comes to us from KDA Web Services.

    What are your suggestions/comments/input?

So, when a backup fails the night before, I login into WHM in the AM and see this message telling me "backups failed last night"?
If yes, I think a link to more Info might be useful with it. "Click here to view log" or reason for this, or something.

I never ignore any emails from my server, but this might be handy to have on top of those emails. I like it.

The failure message would be displayed from the time backups have failed until either backups are disabled or backups have completed successfully.

    +1 Very important.

So that sysadmins are not under the false impression that their backups will be useful during a disaster.
