I know you can remove this via the feature manager but I think it's a important enough option to add to the create a new account, modify an account, and package creator.

It's a pain to make a custom feature list, then a custom package, connect them, then change the customer to the custom package.

If someone is abusing their cronjobs it would be nice to just remove them easily and have them contact us to add them.

To be really fancy when they are removed if we could have a html blurb go in the place of the crontab page saying what we want.

For example if they click the crontab icon the page just shows the html code I choose which in my case would say please put in a ticket so we can add the crontab for you.

All of this would managed by the create or modify account package options.
