It seems that the number of crazy lunatics out there on the internet, is increasing every week. and the number of banned IP addresses in my CPanel IP Deny Manager has been getting longer.

I hope there is a way for CPanel to allow users to put labels on every IP entry that gets banned, to describe the IP address. I understand many of these IP's may be dynamic, i want to unban them in the future but would like to know which ones are static offenders. Also, i would like to be reminded why i banned a certain IP range -- say this range is used by the Cuil bots, etc.
