cpdan, please remove the separation of languages​​, ie Now while downloading a language file for each skin - a separate group of phrases, very uncomfortable ... Phrases that are the same .. Please if possible to remove duplicate phrases.

In newer builds the legacy root and theme files have been consolidated (i.e. stuff in /usr/local/cpanel/lang/ and x3/lang). The locale files don’t/can’t contain duplicates (i.e. stuff in locale/).

There is no way to consolidate legacy theme files (e.g. x3/lang/english and mytheme/lang/english) since themes are entirely separate from one another.

Actual translation is still pending, unfortunately there is no way to figure out an accurate ETA.
