After asking this question to cPanel support I now understand that getting notification emails when a reseller goes over his resource limits is not an feature inside WHM/cPanel.

I feel this should be, because having to monitor the disk space and bandwidth manually is annoying work and will be forgotten easily.

Please reply to this thread in the feature request forum if you feel this should be a feature also.
