Official app to manage cPanel&WHM via Google Android devices

It would be great to have an app for Android users that would allow them to do simple things such as:

• Restart Services [WHM]
• Manage email accounts [WHM]
• Manage Domain Services [WHM/CPanel]
• Account Management [WHM/CPanel]

Feel free to add more options for this idea

I assume that cPanel is already working on mobile version, including Android and iPhone apps.

It seems like a good idea but I wonder if it might be one more thing that cpanel has to secure and make more perfect.

Wouldn't it be better to download a telent or ssh program to use on android or iphone?

Cpanel seems to be understaffed and behind on other critical stuff such as exim, etc...

You are 100% right. It is a good idea, but not while there are behind in other important stuff

I agree, I use the app on my Ipad and it is great! It would be nice to have it on my droid as well. I actually assumed the app would be available when I bought my phone or I would have got an iPhone instead. At any rate, please make an app for android Cpanel.. Please

To help clarity the existing status, there is not an official mobile application for the iPhone or Android; the existing app for iPhone is from a third-party and is not an official release from cPanel, Inc.

How about WHM I have the app now on my android Motorola Atrix phone. I would like to see a app for the WHM too. This would be very useful.

There are a few apps for iphones in the app store.
I guess none are free apps.

For restarting services, you can follow post 4 and post 5 for some suggestions. While you have to do it manually, it does work well.

+1 for an official app for Android - In particular for WHM - those emergency issues like restarting services, changing account passwords, checking cphulk. Cpanel issues perhaps less urgent.

If you know of any ssh program for Android that will allow you to increase the font size to someting readable I'd be very interested.

Actually not necessarily an app. A mobile skin would be fine for me.
