Phppgadmin root access from WHM

In some cases it would be very handy to have a root phppgadmin in WHM as you cannot access it through root privileged cpanel account access.

This request seems to have shown some interest back in 2008 :

ROOT access in PhpPgAdmin like in PhpMyAdmin, Is possible?
