Can you elaborate on how ACLs and Packages are failing to meet your needs?

So I setup a reseller package
I setup all the features but you cannot limit the amount of accounts he can create.

right now you have to manually set this after the product is bought in the reseller center.
I believe that should be able to be setup in the package so that it can be created when the account is created automatically.

Previous requests I am aware of have been with regards to the existing ACL functionality (pre-set permissions for modifying accounts etc.). However, this would best be placed in the ACL functionality since ACLs affect reseller privileges and Packages affect non-reseller privileges. Also, some people may look up and see the Account Creation Limits header and easily assume that's part of the ACL (Access Control List) functionality immediately below that section.
