RoR settings in packages

Currently with RoR in cpanel there is no setting (except for when modifying a current account) to set default "Max Mongrel Instances". It would be very handy if there could be a "Max Mongrel Instances" field when creating a package so we can have control over the number for all new accounts instead of having to do it all manually.
