Set ownership when restoring from full account backup (cpmove) archives

On the subject, it would also be good to see an ownership flag.

For example:
/scripts/restorepkg backupuser /path/cpmove-backupuser.tar.gz --owner reselleruser

Just to clarify, I meant to restore a backup to a specific owner instead of cross scripting or instead of jumping through WHM.
