Hello
This is good idea
But is not added to now, So please add it in new version of cpanel.
Q : Is there a manual modification helps to perform this step now?
Thanks
I think the original feature request has been removed, but I would like to see this feature being added as well.
+1

+ 1 for this
The only way to get this working is to switch manually back and forth I think. Come on Cpanel this is a much needed feature.
I used to do this with an external script. Run the local backup and then time a cron job for later on that securely transfers it elsewhere. The bonus is that you can back up config files remotely this way too.
Hello
Probably this is already requested but i want to re-request anyway.
I really would like to see an advanced backup system in whm.
So we can backup everything or just an account or just db.
And we have to able to choose either backup in local disc or remote.
Note: It MUST be Simultaneous backups So we don't need backup everything again and again. Once backup done and later we can able to backup just changed files/folders.
It can be paid service(of course FREE will be best), It doesn't matter. So we don't use third party software which we don't know what is running behind the codes.

I have updated the thread title to better reflect the functionality being requested.
There's numerous threads about improving the backup system. I myself have posted some and +1 others.
The whole backup system needs an overhaul to take into account everyones requests but it seems cpanel has othere things it wants to do.
I find it hard to believe that backing up data isn't on everyones number one list. Come on Cpanel, pull your finger out and actually take a look at the backup system.
Exactly.
I think cPanel has to put some more effort into backup system.
So many people out there are desperately seeking for backup solution.
I really don't care it will be free or paid service.
+1 for this and should be added this feature ASAP
This is really important. +1
+1 if possible, cpanel can schedule backup, ex account a - j doing backup on Monday only, k - n on Tuesday etc
+1 but I'd like to also see the ability to be able to select which sites get the remote backup. That way only the clients that pay for it are backed up and, of course, those that want to backup all would be able to just back up all of the accounts.
Yes, we would get a lot of use out of this too. +1 here.
