Default Support remote MySQL servers independent of OS, using only MySQL login credentials

I would like you to support remote mysql databases with out the need to install any packages on the remote host.

When setting up the remote server in cpanel you would only need to specify the IP address, and a mysql user credential that has privileges to create users/databases, etc

This would allow you to setup remote windows hosts or remote linux hosts using different mysql versions, no perl, etc.

I would like to revise the thread title, but I want to ensure I fully understand the specific request regarding remote MySQL servers.

Does the following description accurately resemble what you are seeking?
    • Remote MySQL servers independent of OS, using only MySQL "root" login credentials

Well technically it doesnt need to be abnd probably shouldnt be root - but some other user with the super privilege that can create users, databases, etc.

Using mysql root user is a security no no

Thank you for clarifying the request. I have revised the thread title as follows:
    • Old Title: Support Remote mysql servers with out installing stuff
    • New Title: Support remote MySQL servers independent of OS, using only MySQL login credentials
