Suspend + Lock

Hello,

I sometimes find it very annoying that when I suspend account due to problematic files, reseller (which owns it) sometimes unsuspends it.

I would like to see some sort of check box during suspension procedure, so it would prevent others (except root) from unsuspending it.

You do know that the suspend process already has a lock flag, right?

If you set it then resellers are unable to unsuspend the account and
it can only be unsuspended from the root account

Code:
# /scripts/suspendacct username "Naughty User" 1
In this case, the "1" sets the SUSPEND LOCK

To do the same thing from WHM, simply check the following box when suspending an account:
Code:
Prevent resellers from unsuspending:

The check-box is available via WHM (i.e., while logged-in as root). For more details about the account suspension and unsuspension functionality, including an example screen-capture image of what to look for, please reference our official documentation for the feature here:
Documentation: SuspendUnsuspend < AllDocumentation/WHMDocs < TWiki
Menu path, WHM: Main >> Account Functions >> Suspend/Unsuspend an Account
