Recently my server is locked due to hackcheck feature that removes my root user account which is different from root. Disabling WHM security can't restore the settings.

So to avoid this bottleneck, I'd like to suggest some features/modules in WHM that allows us

1. Edit files as root
2. Run shell command
3. Include webmin in package in Software > "Install a RPM"

i never heard about hackcheck feature.

For editing files as root you can use ConfigServer Explorer
