Hey,
I think their should be a warning for deleting addon domains by accident in file manager.

Sometimes I am just clearing out stuff and I forget about my addon domain as it just blends in, so I accidently delete that also.

I think for addon domains, when yout ry delete it a warning should pop up "Are you sure you watn to delete this addon domain $Doamin"
