Whitelist allow name descriptions

It would be nice to be able to put a description next to the IP you add on the whitelist, similar to the allowed host feature.

I ask this because its very hard to track the White listed IP on the brute force systems for different customers. At least this way you can a short description of who that IP belongs.

My case is usually that people with static or fixed IP request them to be added to the whitelist to avoid the brute force.

Yeah, something like what it is used to be in plugin CSF, i.e.:

29.32.6.0/24 # Scanner of Wordpress vulnerabilities
4.32.5.0/24 # Spam originator

Note: the IP's was invented by me. Dont know if they are actually good or evil.
