WHM bandwidth history per account

We never shut down our clients when they go over bandwidth, but would like to to keep it somewhat under control.

We don't send automated bandwidth notifications, and sadly, it is not possible to have these messages sent only to the administrator.

At this moment, we occasionaly check the bandwidth page in WHM and see how things are going. What I am really missing here, is the ability to check the account history. For example: when I see a client that is 600% over bandwidth, I don't make a problem of it, but would like to see if this is just a peak or something that is developing since the past 6 months.

An ideal solution to this would be to incorporate an extra feature in WHM, accessable through the bandwidth usage screen which shows a bandwidth graph per month for one specific account.

Would this be similar to the Bandwidth stats available in cPanel user panel but access to it will be directly from the WHM interface without need to log into the user account? I like this idea. The only con is that using the same method you generate the png graphics which account for disk usage in that specific user account.

The graphs in de cpanel section are useful, but not quite there yet.

What would be very interesting from an administrator standpoint would be a graph that spans multiple months: one graph that should the bandwidth usage over the past X months or so.

Yes, I have thought about it sometimes but used the user cPanel. It is true that this feature would extend the analysis capabilities in the bandwith particular case. The best of all is that this feature requires no new programming since it only request a way to filter by domain and show a table/graph with the already stored bandwidth data.
