rssh - restricted shell for scp/sftp
Respectively from their sites:
What is scponly?
scponly is an alternative 'shell' (of sorts) for system administrators who would like to provide access to remote users to both read and write local files without providing any remote execution priviledges. Functionally, it is best described as a wrapper to the tried and true ssh suite of applications.Should be useful and handy as an option in the Shell configuration in WHM for anyone who wants SSH to rsync / sftp / scp but we don't want to give full shell access.rssh is a restricted shell for use with OpenSSH, allowing only scp and/or sftp. It now also includes support for rdist, rsync, and cvs. For example, if you have a server which you only want to allow users to copy files off of via scp, without providing shell access, you can use rssh to do that.
