Apache upgrade

I want to know if apache can be upgraded to the version 2.2.15 via easyapache. I have come across a security bulletin about vulnerabilities reported in the versions prior to 2.2.15. See CERT-In:Indian Computer Emergency Response Team. Will running easyapache, upgrade apache to 2.2.15?

Apache isn't the only one with new security releases .....

PHP 5.2.13

Kernel 2.6.18-164.15.1 (CentOS / Redhat Users)

Probably want to update all those at the same time if you are going to be recompiling apache for the new 2.2.15 release.
