Its present problem right now and I want to solve

If you wan't hide apache information , you can edit this from whm - Apache configuration - Global settings . And make your server production mod with PCIDSS
If you need to disable the php version , I think it is easy to get the php version using the script . Eventhoug you can disable phpinfo function in php.ini

If you need to hide all this thing from the left panel of cPanel end user , you must need to create your own cPanel theme.

Buy why you need to do so. If I am a client of yours , I will always check the above versions , because I need to make sure my scripts will work in your server.
