BUAgent in /usr/local what is it?

Just found this in /usr/local

Looks like it runs a few times per month, found a log file with these kinds of entries:

Question - What the heck is it?

I am not finding this on any ohter server.

This is most possibly the R1Soft backup agent.

I'm the hostmaster for this server, and I don't recall installing such a thing.

Hi,

Maybe someone else could shed some light on this.
The files does not seem to be related to R1Soft except for the name BUAgent, which is also written all lowercase on a R1Soft install.
