I was create a web disk account in cpanel and then i can't view my site as it asks for user and pass when i browse to it using any browser

Did you check the .htaccess entries for the account in the public_html folder?

Also check in Apache error logs. The location is /usr/local/apache/logs/error_logs

As per your question "i can't view my site as it asks for user and pass when i browse" it seems to be that you are using password protection for your domain,I would like to recommend you to rename the .htaccess file present under the public_html directory and try to access your domain and if you are still having any problem then provide us exact URL you are browsing so that we can help you in better way...
