    Exclamation Kernel Panic issue...please assist

    Hello Every one !!

I had a kernel panic error yesterday on one of my servers, The DC has booted the server and it was back up fine, but i need to know what is the cause of the error and how can i make sure that this does not happen again in the future, but since it is my first time with kernels i am a bit apprehensive as to how do i proceed further.

Can any one assist me in this ?

This is what my /var/log/messages file contains :-

Do you have backups of your account(s) from this server? If not you should get them done right away to be safe.

Having backups is always important, especially when your server is having issues such as this. Get your important files backed up. The below threads, some old, may not be useful at all but should give my suggestion some context.
