Log watch has stopped

The cron job is missing so I am not sure how it should appear anyone care to share? Since I am on the topping of logs any way to get iptables (specifically IP drops) to log to another file and configure logwatch to grab that info and include it in the email?

Can't speak to your second question but the logwatch cron is symlinked from /etc/cron.daily to /usr share/logwatch/scripts/logwatch.pl
