New cPanel security concern.

Lately we've been seeing these two files in the /tmp directory on every cPanel server we manage:

access2.log
access.log

We never used to see this before.

I'm trying to imagine why the cPanel system would put the general Apache access logs in a publicly accessible area on the server, but such reasoning escapes me.
