Permission denied (publickey,gssapi-with-mic).

Today I get that error trying to connect to my server:

Permission denied (publickey,gssapi-with-mic).

So I tried to connect using WHM but nothing, I asked the DC to change the root password to see if what hacked or anything but after they did it, I can login to WHM but still the same error when I try to do it by ssh.

Any idea? I tried with different IPs, networks and OS

It looks like your ssh is setup to deny passwords, have you tried using with an ssh key?
