Problem, I can not log in from my IP address

I have a static IP address. Once I typed my password wrong, and it said:

Brute Force Protection

This account is currently locked out because a brute force attempt was detected. Please wait a few minutes and try again. Attempting to login again will only increase this delay. If you frequently experience this problem, we recommend having your username changed to something less generic.

After half an hour I tried again, and it says the same :S.

The next day again the same .

What can I do to fix it.

p.s. I logged in via proksy. What can I do to allow my IP address.
