Question about mod_userdir

Hi - I am trying to get our current website moved over to a new cpanel server. We are an isp and when signing up you recieve an email account, ftp account, and web space (accessed via http://domain.com/~user/) Is their a way to duplicate this in cpanel? I have enabled mod_userdir in security, but it only lets my domain accounts veiw their websites.

What I am trying to accomplish is this.

http://domainname.com/~email_username/

So when a customer signs up for email, I create a ftp account, email account, and personal webspace.

Can cPanel do this or am I going to have to keep another webserver running for our main domain name?

Yup, that was me. I have decided to write a script that will create the domain username, and the email account. I will also create a blank dns template for use with it. I have turned mod_userdir protection on, and allowed it for my main domain, so the customers will end up going to domain.com/~username but username.domain.com will not work.
